In order to satisfy, in optimal way, the
public and social interest through different services and
products and for its integration in European transport
system, it is necessary the organization, implementation
and maintenance of a quality ensurance system, depending
on national and international reglementations.
This
represents a system of organizational structures,
responsibilities, procedures and resources that will
provide the quality and implies two groups of
interdependent requirements.
To achieve and maintain the proposed
quality at an optimal cost represents a necessity for
CFR; to achieve this aspect of quality implies an
efficient utilization of technological, human and
material available resources of the company. Thus, a main
objective represents to achieve the quality, aspect
underlined also in ISO international standards in 9000
series. It is necessary to achieve, in railway area, only
products and services that satisfy at least the
conditions of quality provided in the intern and UIC
reglementations. To achieve this objective it is
necessary to establish and maintain relations of
collaboration with supplier, maintenance and construction
companies and companies that would like to work with CFR.
Thus, it would be stressed the quality reception through
technical inspection of all equipment that determine
operation security, evaluation of new suppliers and
railway omologation of all products and services that
would be delivered to CFR. The system of supervising and
control of all equipment and installations will be
extended and centralized, depending on activity of
quality supervision that must be realized with AFER
participation.
