The commercial offers of the company cover more services domains:

The charge of infrastructure access represents about 75% of the company's incomes. For its calculation (lei/km train) the following elements must be considered:

- technical parameters of track (maximum speed of circulation, number of restrictions)
- volume of traffic (an operator that requires more traces would get special discounts)
- day period when the trace is required ( the cost of the trace is higher in peak hours)
- traffic type (freight or passenger traffic)

For passenger traffic TUI will be differentiate by local or international traffic. For local traffic, TUI will be limited depending on the contract with State.
For international passenger international traffic and for local and international freight traffic, the negotiations will be realized between three parties:
CFR, CFR-Passenger/ CFR Freight and the transport beneficiaries
The quote from the transport cost for paying TUI will be directly paid to the transport beneficiary in lei or currency in the company account.

TRACES

The trace is the main product of CFR SA

The route of train plus its work timetable composes the train trace. CFR SA, at the request of railway authorized client operators, depending on the available transport capacities can determine traces for all categories of freight and passenger trains which to satisfy the technical conditions of access on Romanian railway infrastructure.
Any request with regard to the traces is accepted, in the juridical conditions, at Commercial Direction of CFR SA. Traces and timetables requested by the railway operators will by negotiated in the same direction of the company.
CFR SA offers the guarantee of respecting, as much as possible, of determined traces in order to ensure the regulation of circulation and thus, an efficient system for the clients.

TELECOMMUNICATION SERVICES

CFR telecommunication agency was established on October 1st, 1998, as an exterior department of Railway National Company "CFR"-SA, in order to administrate the CFR telecommunication infrastructure.
The main categories of services offered by agency are: telephone services, telegraphic and data transmission services radiocommunication services etc. All of these are available for railway transport operators and third parties as following:

INFORMATION SERVICES

National Railway Company "CFR"-SA owns an Information Center with modern equipment and other 8 regional information offices. Thus, it can be achieved a large category of information services.
The tariffs will be differentiated depending on:

- user type
- service type
- distribution urgency

Categories of information services offered by Information Center CNCF "CFR"/SA covers:

- exploitation of special information applications for railway activities. This implies progress of the programs, achieving of special reports, data maintenance, improving and renewal of application at client request, instruction and help- desk and equipment exploitation.
- testing, installment services, configuration of calculation and software equipment as well as Internet/ Intranet and mail services
- achieving of new applications, information systems at client's request
- maintenance services of calculation and periferic equipment
- consultancy and technical assistance for elaboration of information strategies, collection of calculation technique, achieving work progress slips and organization of auctions

Information Center offers the following services:

Installation, configuration and maintenance of calculation equipment and software products. This includes:

- Installation and configuration for network applications
- Auxiliary installation and configuration connected in network (printers etc)
- Training for applications' use
- Maintenance and service for local networks

- Consultance with regard to design and achieving the work progress slips for local networks

Exploitation of specific railway information applications, including the progress of programs, achieving of specific rapport, data maintenance, improving and modernization of applications at clients' demand, training and help desk, as well as equipment exploitation. 45 information applications will be exploited for "Freight", 25 for "Passengers", 46 for "SMF", and 9 for "SAAF", and 27 for CFR.
Information center exploits and maintains the system of tickets selling and booking for passenger trains, since 1994 in Nord Railway Station.
Consultance and technical assistance services for elaboration of IT strategies, achievement of calculation technique, elaboration of work progress slips and auctions organization.

TOURISTIC SERVICES

On the basis of patrimony (hotels, villas, rest homes) tourist services will be offered to the company's employees and other beneficiaries. The payment system must determine an optimal occupation level.

Two Stars Bucovina Complex
- Situated in Vatra Dornei, Suceava county, 15 Republicii Street, telephone 030/375005, inaugurated on September 1 st, 1996, through renewal of CFR hostel: 3 places rooms (10), two places rooms (31) and singles (4), TV, first category restaurant (100 places), famous in the region for its traditional Moldavian cuisine and international specialties, with a bar of 32 places, air conditioned, parking.

In Vatra Dornei, there is in construction at the moment a building designated to meetings, local and international conferences, symposiums, shows (theatre, music, fashion); 100-150 places capacity, dismantled ministages dotation, sonorization and electric installations for shows, translator cabins (3-5 pieces), climatization installation and decorative yard.

CFR SA provides optimum services, in the main railway station through its restaurants, snack bars and boutiques.

SERVICES OF EXPLOITATION AND INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTION

There are different tariffs for the trains' operation. They depend on:

- user type ("CFR"- Passengers; "CFR"-Freight or other railway operator)
- train type
- distance achieved

Active selling or scrapped stock valorification from the Company's patrimony
Importance is given here to the active evaluation and usage of auction procedure for sale.

Leasing of lands, buildings from the company private patrimony.
The value of leasing depends on:
- type of the leasing property
- property's state
- leasing period
A list of properties that could be leased and the leasing methodology must be prepared.
